Daystar Hostel Shopping Complex.

This will be within the Heri Daystar Project which is currently on interior finishing, with handover expected early next year. Ground floor has a supermarket ,hotel, mpesa agent, shops and ATM's. These ones have all been taken. In first floor ,second floor and 3rd floor we have 13 stalls per floor making them 39 stalls each measuring 30m2.We are selling each at shs 1,800,000. The rental per stall is shs 15,000 per month,shs 180,000 per year,thus giving you a ROI of 10% and a payback period of 10 years. In fourth floor we only have a GYM in block B and free area in block A and C.
